Described as a funky, retro beat with a hint of jazz, all swirled together in one toe tapping sensation, "The Zutons," bring a new inspiration of music to the table. Derived in London a few years ago, The Zutons are becoming increasingly popular throughout the states. On tour now with the radio knockouts "The Killers," The Zutons passed through Jacksonville, Florida and sent a wave of illustriusness to the locals.
This five member band orchestrates as follows:
Each member of the band grabbed the attention of the crowd before the first song even ended. The crowd was wild with applause and waited intently for the next song to begin. The Zutons were greatly enthused and their stage presence was impressively energetic.
Abi Harding seemed to be the crowd favorite. She took away all the attention from the lead singer, David McCabe, and blasted the crowd with her amazing saxophone capabilities. The more cheers she got, the harder she played. She ALONE
made the whole event worth the money (The Killers were amazing too, of course). Most impressively ending their performance, The Zutons closed with a jazzy, upbeat musical number (sans vocals) which left the crowd in hysterics wanting more.
David Mccabe: Lead vocals
Abi Harding: Saxophone
