The Roadrunner United CD is one of amazing dominance. All artists and band members sound like they have been doing this together for years. The CD was made by 4 main writers/producers (Joey Jordison, Matt Heafy, Dino Cazares, and Rob Flynn). Each had to write songs for different artists and singers to guest appear on.
There is not one bad song on the CD and to pick one would lead to, in my book, jealousy. Every writer knew the subjects music and how to make it sound sick. Every guest artist from King Diamond and Max Cavelara to Daryl Palumbo and Keith Caputo nail there designated songs. There are many musicians featured all over this record too.
I wish this could become a tour with over 45 artists playing these songs daily but thanks to Roadrunner these artists are still relevant today and will be as relevant in the years to come.
