So I just got back from buying "Chinese Democracy". I never thought I would type or say those words out loud! First of all, I want to say that this is not a typical Guns N' Roses record. I'd like to think of it as more of Axl's 15 year in the making solo record.

The tracks are epic; fierce guitars,loud bass and chest pounding drumming. On the title track Axl screams"I've got nothing but precious time", I guess he just thought it would be funny to make us all wait 15 years. Some of us have gotten married, had a few tots, finished school, maybe even served some jail time...all in the time it took Axl to finish what I call a great metal record. Thank you Axl for making me feel 15 again and finally being able to smile and hold your CD.

You will always rock to me!
