Flyleaf: Self Titled EP
Reviewed by: Avery Salamon

Great that’s what you all will say when you hear Lacey’s voice on Flyleaf’s self-titled debut EP. This four song EP shows the good and the not so bad of a band on the rise. The success of Evanescence has made this band easy to the ears and with modern rock the way it is you will hear them soon too.

The EP starts out with “Red Sam” which is an all right song and moves up to “Breathe Today”. The song helps the album grow; “I’m Sorry” is another good song. The EP’s closer “Cassie” with Lacey’s amazing scream leaves you wanting more.

The EP does everything well which leads me to believe the band has something big in them coming. Lets hope “Cassie” is an indication of where Flyleaf is headed.
